Mary M. Godin, MA, LPA, LPC is a Clinical Psychologist licensed as a Psychological Associate and Licensed Profession Counselor and certified as a Health Service Provider. 

Mrs. Godin received her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington

Mrs. Godin has eight years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of treatment setting including outpatient, inpatient, residential, and correctional settings.  She has experience working with military families and active duty personnel. She primarily uses cognitive behavioral, behavioral, interpersonal and reality based therapies. 

Mrs. Godin treats a wide variety of emotional and behavioral problems including, but not limited to, ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and autistic spectrum disorders,  Mrs. Godin has worked extensively with women’s issues including adjustments during pregnancy, postpartum depression, and miscarriage.  Mrs. Godin also conducts ADHD and personality assessments and leads groups for autistic children to teach social and emotional regulation skills. 

 

 

Kim Bolen, MA, LPA is a Licensed Psychological Associate and certified as a Health Services Provider-PA.  She received her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.   

Ms. Bolen provides individual therapy to adults and adolescents, in addition to couple’s counseling.  She has experience treating individuals with various emotional and behavioral concerns, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance abuse and dependence, dual diagnoses, and relationship issues.  She also has specialized training in treating victims of domestic violence and other forms of trauma.  

Ms. Bolen collaborates with clients to develop an individualized treatment plan based on their objectives.  Her treatment approach includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which aims to modify maladaptive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an approach that fosters awareness, acceptance, and dedication to pursue goals.  Other treatment modalities may be implemented when appropriate.  Ms. Bolen also conducts cognitive and psychological assessments and leads Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group skills training sessions to teach mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
